About this role

As a Principal UX Designer in our India R&D Center, you will drive design excellence for our global B2B product suites. You will architect systemic solutions for complex, high-scale enterprise environments, moving beyond feature-based design.

You will take full ownership of the user journey from deep discovery and requirement gathering to high-fidelity implementation and post-launch iteration. You will lead the UX vision for complex enterprise workflows, ensuring high-density data is manageable and actionable for expert users.

You will navigate a global stakeholder environment, effectively communicating design rationale to leadership in both India and International offices. Our team thrives on collaboration, working in person most of the time with flexibility when needed.

You will oversee the evolution of our Design System to ensure modularity and accessibility across various B2B modules. You will also lead critique sessions and mentor senior designers, elevating craft and design thinking maturity across the India team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Design, with a proven track record in enterprise or data-heavy products.
  • A mandatory portfolio with at least one comprehensive end-to-end use case showcasing B2B product problem-solving, including evidence of problem identification, user research, journey mapping, iterative wireframing, and final measurable impact.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, strong empathy for users, and commitment to being their advocate.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma/Sketch, including advanced prototyping, variables, and auto-layout.
  • UX/HCI Degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience leading the design process by leveraging advanced generative AI tools to explore a wide breadth of concepts rapidly and visualize intuitive charts and tables for massive datasets.
  • Ability to distill abstract technical concepts into intuitive visual designs.
