The ALM Specialist in the DevOps team designs, builds, and configures applications for customer projects. This role handles template management and configuration strategies to meet business processes across all division units.

Gather requirements from global end users and stakeholders for Codebeamer or similar ALM tools through communication meetings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide technical feasibility analysis. Assess tool strengths, weaknesses, and limitations while delivering feedback to stakeholders.

Own project setups, permission management, template changes, and configuration rollouts per defined processes. Integrate external tools with Codebeamer and troubleshoot related issues. Provide technical expertise, support internal teams, end users, and coordinate with PTC vendor support.

Lead the ALM team, guide during IT maintenance activities, and implement best practices for Agile projects. Encourage automated processes in DevOps. Stay updated on PTC Codebeamer developments in an international, collaborative environment.

Requirements

MCA/B.E./B.Tech. degree in computer science or information technology
0 Years of working experience (Fresher)
Assist in synchronization of trackers, administration, configuration management and integrate Codebeamer with external tools like JIRA, GIT, MATLAB, Enterprise Architect
Experience with ReqIF data interchange and migration for requirement management tools like IBM DOORS
Experience with traceability, software configuration management and version control systems
Experience in Plugin/Widget Development and Reports/Dashboards in Java/Groovy
Experience in scripting languages like python for automation
Knowledge of Software Engineering and SDLC models like V-model

Responsibilities
