About this role

As a member of the Core Product Management team, you will drive overall game success across the BioShock franchise. This role contributes to both future product development and post-launch and competitive analysis. You will analyze game performance, player behavior, and business metrics to generate actionable insights.

You will partner with other Product Managers and cross-functional teams to inform feature development, roadmap planning, and prioritization. Supporting a Senior Product Manager, you will monitor live game health, evaluate the impact of updates, and translate data into clear recommendations.

Success requires strong analytical thinking, effective communication, and collaboration across design, production, analytics, marketing, and operations. You will play a key role in ensuring product decisions are data-informed and aligned with delivering engaging player experiences.

This position offers the opportunity to help identify opportunities to improve player engagement, retention, and overall product performance. Through close work with senior product managers, you will develop your product management expertise on iconic franchises like BioShock.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret game performance and player behavior data.
  • Effective communication skills for presenting insights to cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to collaborate across design, production, analytics, marketing, and operations.
  • Experience developing KPI frameworks and establishing telemetry requirements.
  • Familiarity with conducting product teardowns and competitive analysis.
  • Understanding of player engagement, retention, and product performance improvement strategies.
  • Passion for video games and familiarity with the BioShock franchise.

Responsibilities

  • Support the product market fit process by maintaining key documentation and deliverables, and synthesizing research.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support initiatives that improve player engagement, retention, and product performance.
  • Develop KPI frameworks, establish telemetry requirements, and enable recurring reporting and ad-hoc analyses with the Analytics team.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform commercial and design decisions, including product teardowns and competitive analysis.
  • Build a deep understanding of our players to advocate for player needs and preferences.
  • Monitor live game health and evaluate the impact of updates, translating data into clear recommendations.
