The Principal Product Manager leads strategy, development, and delivery of products powering the logistics and transportation network. Own the full product lifecycle from identifying opportunities to launching scalable solutions that improve cost, speed, reliability, and customer experience.

Own and rationalize all software systems used within the current Transportation Network. Simplify workflows across hub operations with a focus on consistency and execution. Integrate software systems to create hands-off automated solutions while defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for logistics initiatives.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to enable smarter network operations, increased visibility, and data-driven decision-making. Thrive in a fast-paced environment during Monday-Friday standard business hours from a remote location. Navigate operational, technical, and regulatory considerations with up to 25% travel.

Translate operational needs into clear requirements, develop business cases and success metrics, and assess performance for iteration. Leverage deep understanding of package operations, data analytics, and BI tools to drive end-to-end product rollouts. Requirements

  • Deep understanding of package pickup and delivery operations (parcel experience preferred)
  • Ability to translate operational needs into clear BRDs, define happy path workflows, and deliver pragmatic, scalable solutions
  • Proven experience driving end-to-end product rollout and adoption
  • Proven experience working directly with SDEs providing clear direction on BRDs to deliver the end product
  • Exceptional skills in data analytics, BI tools, and systems integration
  • High-level communication skills to influence decision-making and facilitate collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities that improve network efficiency, cost structure, safety, scalability, and service performance
  • Develop business cases, success metrics, and investment trade-offs to guide prioritization
  • Translate customer and operational needs into clear product, functional, and technical requirements
  • Assess product performance and iterate based on real-world results
